The Munchery is our on-campus canteen that serves our school community. It is open in the mornings before school, during recess, and lunchtimes.
Parents can create an online account with Munch Monitor, to pre-order their student's meals. They can also provide an allocation of funds for them to spend at the canteen during the day.
“I started as a student at Avondale School when I was in Year 5, and now that I am back I can’t see myself ever leaving. In 2006, I started a small business called The Munchery and was contracted to the school to run the then Secondary Campus canteen, and later took on the Primary Campus canteen as well. In May 2017, my daughter Brittany (also a former student), who had newly completed her pastry chef course, joined up. We can proudly say we make our own fresh pastry in-house as we believe in a balance of freshly prepared food that tastes good and is nutritious.” — Annette Lamplough, The Munchery
