We live in a real world, with real challenges and victories, real highs and lows, real joy and pain, with real hopes and dreams. As a school grounded in Christian values, we believe that with a good education, you can face anything that comes your way. At Avondale School, we believe real growth, real success, real life happens with real learning.
Avondale School provides a Christ-centered education focused on unlocking the potential of every student. The Avondale Early Learning Centre, Primary Campus and Secondary Campus provide an educational scope in whatever part of the educational journey your child may be in. A Playgroup and Early Years program allows an introduction to learning. OSH Care and Vacation Care programs also provide added value to a child’s development.
Each student is different and learns differently but all are encouraged to do the very best that they can in all areas they involve themselves. Our highly trained staff, who have over 1000 years of collective experience at Avondale School alone, encourage students to be engaged and enthusiastic about the learning process.
Knowing Christ
To nurture each other’s relationship with Christ, to encourage spiritual development and welfare, and to express our Christian values in selfless service.
Developing Full Potential
To enthuse students through excellent modelling and example, to achieve their best in all endeavours. To equip students to become responsible global citizens by facilitating and encouraging adaptable and independent thinking, together with the development of appropriate life-skills.
Love of Learning
To engage as staff and students in learning that develops curiosity and creatively uses our differences, the available technology and an open sharing of resources and ideas.
Avondale School has produced many successful students over the years. Our school ranks consistently in the top 200 schools in NSW for HSC results.
