Our Year 7 Science students have been studying various animal habitats, interactions between organisms, and the principles of organism classification. To enhance their understanding, the students embarked on a field trip to Taronga Zoo in Sydney on Tuesday. During the visit, they had the opportunity to closely observe distinct animal traits, compare different species' habitats, and experience the excitement of witnessing a live capybara. The day proved to be truly exceptional for the Year 7 students as they delighted in listening to the howling chimpanzees, marvel at the size of the tigers, and even had the awe-inspiring moment of witnessing a large condor soaring overhead.
