On Wednesday evening our Year 6 families and friends were delighted with exotic sights, sounds, scents and flavours from around the world, with our Year 6 students hosting a showcase event called ‘World Travel Expo’. Students were tasked with convincing their family and friends to travel to a country of their choice. The project also encouraged students to develop their character, collaboration skills, ability to communicate, creativity and sense of citizenship; and we couldn’t be more proud of their achievements. It is safe to say that many attendees now have a long list of holiday destinations to add to their bucket lists. Well done Year 6!
