It is always an amazing feeling driving into camp at Point Wolstoncroft, knowing we get to enjoy the secluded National Park, surrounded by Lake Macquarie. What an amazing location for our Year 5 Camp! Across the three days we enjoyed a range of fun and adventurous activities that allowed students to grow individually and learn to work together as a team. We had fun SUP boarding and kayaking on the beautiful Lake Macquarie, sometimes ending up IN Lake Macquarie! We enjoyed fishing on the jetty, we scaled the rock-climbing wall, we tested our aim in archery, and we collaborated on team challenges. There was plenty of laughs and lots of delicious food. Very little sleep was had, but we packed in a whole lot of fun and created some great memories.
