Year 4 celebrated Aussie Day last week to conclude their Geography unit on Australia. They participated in lots of activities that included sack racing, dunny relay, thong tossing, line dancing, baking ANZAC biscuits and a game of AFL. The students had a sausage sizzle at lunchtime followed by a game of trivia, and the day ended with the students watching an Aussie show. From vibrant cities to the beauty of the outback and the stunning beaches, we are grateful for our country called Australia!
