On Wednesday Year 4 students dressed as an Aussie ready to take part in a variety of Australian activities. Before lunch they took part in baking Anzac biscuits, outdoor singing of old Australian songs, building sand castles, playing backyard cricket and running in and throwing gumboots. After devouring a barbequed sausage and sauce on bread, they enjoyed eating the biscuits they baked. Thanks to all the teachers for making the day a fun event to introduce our Geography PBL (Problem Based Learning) event.
