Students in Year 11 Hospitality have been practising their skills in creating an antipasto platter and preparing themselves for the CAPPA Showcase Night this week where they catered for the event. Students throughout this term have been studying appetisers and salads, and making a range of culinary dishes to extend their skills. They have catered for two functions: Cooranbong Community Centre Volunteers Lunch and the Avondale School CAPPA Showcase Night where the students interacted and communicated effectively with costumers
