On Tuesday, NESA markers attended Avondale School for the marking of Year 12 Design and Technology, Major Design Projects and Portfolios. Under the guidance of Mr Scale, students were challenged to identify a perceived need or problem within society and investigate the most suitable solution. This involved conducting research, experimentation and testing possible solutions. During the design process they continually evaluated their progress while acknowledging the impact on society and the environment. The students are now waiting anxiously for their final marks.
