PROPEL students have recently completed the internationally recognised, evidence-based wellbeing program - The Lift Project. The students spent time each week exploring different aspects of wellbeing and practical strategies to lift their mood. Learning, practising and reflecting on each lesson was a useful exercise that encouraged self reflection and personal growth. The strategies and principles learned are ones that will benefit the students in all seasons of life, and help them as they take steps towards planning for their future.
