KidsLitQuiz came to Avondale on Tuesday this week. KidsLitQuiz is a competition in the sport of reading - students compete in teams to answer the most questions on a wide range of topics, about all sorts of books. Twenty eager teams competed in the Newcastle Region KidsLitQuiz final for the chance to go on to the State Level. Our teams were very competitive, with our top team coming equal third, only four points behind the winning team. It was a fun day with all students being great sports and keen competitors.
