Courage is not only a school value but Courage also means having the bravery to face academic and social challenges, standing up for what is right, and embracing new opportunities for growth and learning. Our student athletes have excelled in various sports, showcasing talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship. From regional championships to inter-school competitions, their dedication and skill have earned admiration and recognition. These achievements not only celebrate athletic prowess but also embody the spirit of our school community. 

The long weekend provided a valuable opportunity for self-care. Whether it's catching up on rest, spending time with loved ones, or engaging in activities that rejuvenate the mind and body. Taking advantage of this extra time off contributes to overall wellbeing and balance in our lives. The long weekend granted us the opportunity to recharge and regroup. As deadlines loom and academic pressures mount, this timely break serves as a reminder of the importance of self-care and finding balance amidst our academic pursuits. Whether spent exploring nature, catching up on rest, or simply enjoying quality time with loved ones, the long weekend provided a much-needed respite before diving back into the demands of school life. 

It makes me think of the times Jesus would draw away from the crowds and would pray on his own. Jesus needed the reset and refresh before attending to the multitudes again. I hope this past weekend has been refreshing for you also as we find ourselves on the home straight of the term. In Joshua 1:9 God reminds us to "be strong and courageous", reassuring us of His constant presence and support. With faith as our guide, we can overcome fear and discouragement, knowing that God is with us wherever our journey takes us. 

As we navigate the final stretch of the term, let us remember to cherish each moment, embrace the challenges, and celebrate the successes. From moments of spiritual reflection to well-deserved breaks, and the anticipation of upcoming events, the school term is a journey filled with growth, learning, and transformation. And as we prepare for what’s ahead, let us do so with resilience, determination, and a sense of community that defines our school spirit.
